Founder and Chairman ET Stone embodies this vision, stating, "It is time to come home to take care of the village, one community at a time." With partnerships that transcend boundaries, CCDN, Inc. strives to implement transformative solutions inspired by the African proverb: "It takes a village to raise a child," recognizing that collective strength is essential to uplift every community.
This initiative goes beyond merely building houses where people eat, sleep, and pay bills. It reimagines community living to create spaces that foster sustainability, purpose, and connection. ET Stone, who experienced being "houseless" for 20 years—not homeless, as he always had a roof over his head, though it wasn't his own—understands firsthand the precariousness faced by many. Following his divorce, as a self-employed single father turning 40, Stone encountered the stark reality that assistance for fathers in his situation was virtually nonexistent.
These personal challenges fueled his passion for finding innovative ways to support those overlooked or unprepared for life's unexpected changes. The 2020 pandemic further revealed vulnerabilities in our quality of life, work, and social structures.
